Leadership & Adoption Checkpoint
Status: The gate after Leadership & Adoption · no badge, no certificate — the right to continue
The artifact
The decision brief with a named owner — the ten-question gate answered at org level, with the recommendation and the ownership map.
What you must demonstrate
You are getting value from this pack when you can:
- Use the 10 Questions as a real gate, not a formality
- Build a business case from current numbers and testable assumptions
- Design governance that matches the risk instead of adding theater
- Run pilots that can change the decision
- Name clear ownership for failure and recovery
The standard
Your artifact is scored against the Verification Rubrics — six criteria: Clarity, Grounding, Accountability, Verification, Uncertainty, Decision quality.
Passing means:
- At least Acceptable on every criterion
- Strong on Accountability and Verification
- The filters are applied without being prompted
- You can explain what would make you change your mind
- You do not treat fluent AI output as finished work
Anything less is incomplete — revise it.
If you are still weak
If proposals are still advancing on optimism, demos, or vague strategic alignment, stay here and tighten the decision standards.
What the gate gives you
The right to move on to the next pack. That is the whole reward, and it is the one that matters.
