Evidence Portfolio Guide

Purpose

The portfolio demonstrates capability and growth. It should show decisions, failures, verification, and revision—not only polished final products.

Artifact package

For each substantial artifact, include:

1. Context and intended outcome;
2. Your role and responsibility;
3. Relevant inputs and data boundaries;
4. AI/tool contribution;
5. Method or architecture;
6. Evaluation criteria;
7. Source and verification record;
8. Failed attempt or limitation;
9. Human decisions and revisions;
10. Result and next improvement.

Privacy-safe portfolio practice

• Use synthetic, redacted, or recreated examples.
• Never publish employer, client, student, patient, or other sensitive material without authorization.
• Remove credentials, internal URLs, account details, and hidden metadata.
• Describe confidential outcomes at an appropriate abstraction level.
• Separate public case-study evidence from private assessment evidence.
