Enablement Checkpoint
Status: The gate after Enablement · no badge, no certificate — the right to continue
The artifact
The transfer artifact + its evidence — the capability statement, and the sample of real participant work scored against it.
What you must demonstrate
You are getting value from this pack when you can:
- Define the decisions people must handle and what good judgment looks like
- Design learning that produces observable evidence instead of attendance
- Build transfer so people can operate without ongoing dependence
- Keep durable judgment separate from temporary tool details
- Measure whether decision quality actually improved
The standard
Your artifact is scored against the Verification Rubrics — six criteria: Clarity, Grounding, Accountability, Verification, Uncertainty, Decision quality.
Passing means:
- At least Acceptable on every criterion
- Strong on Accountability and Verification
- The filters are applied without being prompted
- You can explain what would make you change your mind
- You do not treat fluent AI output as finished work
Anything less is incomplete — revise it.
If you are still weak
If your enablement still centers on tool demos, prompt libraries, or completion metrics, stay here and redesign around judgment and evidence.
What the gate gives you
The right to move on. That is the whole reward, and it is the one that matters.
