The artifact
The redesigned workflow + its measurement — the smallest useful change, its before/after numbers, and the failure simulation you ran with the real people.
What you must demonstrate
You are getting value from this pack when you can:
- Identify the real triggers that start work
- Map work as it actually happens, not as it is supposed to happen
- Place human checkpoints deliberately
- Design small, measurable changes instead of grand rewrites
- Know whether a change improved the numbers that matter
- Handle failure without losing ownership or visibility — and prove it with a simulation
The standard
Your artifact is scored against the Verification Rubrics — six criteria: Clarity, Grounding, Accountability, Verification, Uncertainty, Decision quality.
Passing means:
- At least Acceptable on every criterion
- Strong on Accountability and Verification
- The filters are applied without being prompted
- You can explain what would make you change your mind
- You do not treat fluent AI output as finished work
Anything less is incomplete — revise it.
