The point is judgment, not certificates.
This curriculum exists to make you decide better with AI — what to trust, when to reject, how to constrain, how to verify, when to stop. Not to collect tool tips. Not to earn badges. You do the work; the work is evaluated; you either have the judgment or you don't.
Evidence over attendance · capability over product
How it's built
One on-ramp. One required core. Optional packs.
There are no parallel tracks, no levels, no "open path." There is a sequence: the on-ramp, then Core Judgment, then the applied pack that matches the decision you actually need to make next.
Ten minutes. The minimum mental model — no jargon, no quizzes, no judgment.
Start here. Everything else assumes this.
Seven modules. The decision filters, the verification habits, and the accountability standards every other pack builds on.
Core Judgment is required before any applied pack. That is not a suggestion; the packs assume you have it.
Applied packs · optional · take the one that matches the decision in front of you
Better output from the tool without becoming a verification bottleneck
03 · Workflow & SystemsRedesign how recurring work actually happens across people and systems
04 · Building & AgentsBuild, integrate, or maintain AI systems that stay bounded and owned
05 · Leadership & AdoptionAllocate money, set policy, and own the risk
06 · EnablementGrow capability in others — teams, departments, the organization
G · Evidence & CheckpointsThe gates. You advance on artifacts and verification, not attendance.
Why it works this way
Evidence over attendance
You demonstrate capability by producing artifacts and verification records. Finishing modules is irrelevant; work that shows judgment is the only currency.
Capability over product
We teach durable judgment. Specific tools and interfaces are temporary overlays — when the product changes, the judgment transfers.
Judgment before tooling
If the decision filters from Core are not solid, every pack is a waste of your time. That is why Core comes first, and why it is required.
