AI Productivity and Personal Effectiveness — Checkpoints
Read the checkpoint before starting a level. It defines what proficiency will require and prevents the modules from feeling like unrelated content consumption.
Improve One Real Task
Document the baseline, chosen opportunity, Task Brief, AI interaction, human review, final result, verification, and net effect on time, quality, effort, and risk.
Reusable Personal Work Method
Design and test a recurring method across at least three cases. Include reusable assets, stage map, quality criteria, exception handling, measurement, and reuse instructions.
Personal AI Work System
Create a documented system containing a task inventory, at least three tested methods, context architecture, tool rationale, quality and verification standards, privacy boundaries, measurement results, fallback, and maintenance plan. Across all levels, proficiency requires evidence that the finished work improved—not merely evidence that AI was used.
